A recap of recent events/wins from his owner-handler Maura Wright: Monte has only averaged about 1 show per month as he grows out and matures, but:
On 7/7/11 he picked up 1
pt (WD) at the Catoctin Kennel Club show in West Friendship, MD under Judge William Cunningham (9-12 mos.) &
on 8/26/11 he took RWD in West Springfield, MA under judge Cathy Daugherty (12-18 mos.) . Plus on 10/8/11 he picked
up his CGC (unfortunately, TDI test not offered, but TDI is still a goal as I think he will be a wonderful Therapy
dog).
ALso MONTE took a major RWD under Leon Reimert & another RWD under Roger Hartinger in May. He went WD &
Best Puppy in New York in March under Anthony DiNardo as well.

Shown directly below on the day (49) they turned 7 wks. (Scroll for photos taken weekend they were younger.) These puppies were formally adaptive PAT (temperament aptitude) tested; thank you Dina Whitehouse of K9FUNWORKS for traveling from El Paso to help with this & with TDI/CGC testing for the Permian Basin. Monte--the Harlequin boy =CHROMA FAVORED BY FORTUNE GMJ
Monte had the exact same scores as Guidon UDX: tested a 3/4 split, so a perfect pet & perfectly
managable show prospect.
Echo--the White girl =CHROMA FARO FASSE'
Echo is a happy "4" so a perfect complement to the family home
chosen for this little home body.
Pearl--the Merle girl =CHROMA FULL TILT BOOGIE
This adorable menace<G> (who wouldn't stack for us this day as too
busy of a bee to stand still<G>), tested as a solid "2" so proves she is the little Einstein we
hoped for & yet still have to fear<G>. A "get your running shoes on" sort of smarty-pup.

You can try looking coy, but there is no denying you are a trash can tipping<G>thief
when the evidence is still in your mouth? LOL! Nothing like a litter to liven up your life & tear down your
house around your ears!
Left photo is just after the PAT test with the slant board & box visible--I
do a modified, or rather extended, Puppy Aptitude Test (PAT) that tests for particular dog sport potential skills
& also uses the modifications Sherry Wallis made to the PAT so as to work with individual breed difference.
Photo on the right shows the pups under the watchful eye of their young aunties. That's QT watching as Pearl leads<G>Monte
astray. Echo<G>is smart enough to stay in the shade & out of trouble.

Echo aka Sisi is deaf, but no need to pity her as she's a very able & plucky
little puppy.
Pearl--the Merle girl =CHROMA FULL TILT BOOGIE
She is beyond sentient....a very thinking puppy & too smart for her britches<G>.
Their first adventure into the wide world when accompanied by "aunties"--here
are 9 mo. old Suzi (the Mantle) & 15 mo. old QT (the Harlequin) who are learning their baby sitting duties
under the supervision of mama Amour.
