Locket- CH Liberty's Chroma Keepsake CD RA FDC CGCA TKN
Locket finished her Championship almost completely owner handled with 2 Specialty Majors by breeder judges, then picked up 5 points towards her grand. She recently got her CD, RA, FDC, CGCA & TKN. She'll be working on more Obedience & Rally, as well as looking to finish her grand!
TRANSPARENCY is important! Our beloved Locket unfortunately broke her Right rear leg at 11 weeks of age on 11/1/2021. She was in a cast to her hip for over 6 weeks, on restricted activity several weeks more, and went through months of physical therapy. She recovered well enough to earn her Championship (winning both of her specialty majors on movement) and has continued to participate in lots of fun activities. Unfortunately, as is often the case with injuries like this, her hip joint was affected and there have been changes to the femoral head over time. OFA classified her as Mild UR (Mild Unilateral Right). We knew this was likely and we submitted her X Rays to OFA anyway (and checked the box!!)- both in the interest of transparency & education. For that reason we will also share photos & X Rays below.
